If you're cutting down the carbs, ask for your sandwich in a salad instead of a sub.  There's nothing wrong with a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki salad with veg of your choice and some fat-free sweet onion dressing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In any case, you should be the last person complaining about getting pudgy.
